The CMA Foundation presents a searchable database of culturally and linguistically appropriate patient education materials covering topics related to diabetes from expert sources. This database contains information in more than 30 languages, covering a variety of topics and information. Please contact us if you have any questions or would like help using this tool.

This resource was compiled in collaboration with the Network of Ethnic Physician Organizations, The American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists, The Association of Black Women Physicians, Black Women for Wellness, California Diabetes Program, Golden State Medical Association- Capitol Medical Society, I.A. Medical Center, Indian Medical Association of Southern California, Latino Coalition for Healthy California, Latino Medical Policy Institute, Lumetra, Meridian Medical Group, Molina Healthcare, Vietnamese Physician Association of San Diego, and the Institutional Development for Scripps Health Foundation.

Using the database
