The CMA Foundation presents a searchable database of culturally and linguistically appropriate patient education materials covering topics related to diabetes from expert sources. Medical Center, Indian Medical Association of Southern California, Latino Coalition for Healthy California, Latino Medical Policy Institute, Lumetra, Meridian Medical Group, Molina Healthcare, Vietnamese Physician Association of San Diego, and the Institutional Development for Scripps Health Foundation.

Using the database
