Dr. Rojas is the Southern California Regional Director of Home Health and Hospice Services at Kaiser Permanente. In this position, Ms. Rojas provides leadership, advocacy and regional support to seven home health and five hospice agencies. She also collaborates with key internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues within home health and hospice care.

Before joining Kaiser Permanente, Dr. Rojas spent several years as a consultant to health care, public health, advocacy, social service and community agencies to provide management expertise, design programs, quality improvement systems and policy. She also served as the Director of Clinical Programs at the Los Angeles Planned Parenthood Offices and as the Family Planning Program Administer at the LAC/USC Medical Center.

Dr. Rojas received her PhD from the University of Southern California, Public Administration, Health Policy and Management, her MPH from the University of California, Los Angeles, Population and Family Health, her RN from Los Angeles Harbor College, and her BS from California State University, Long Beach in Community Health Education.
