General Endowment Fund

The CMA Foundation Endowment Fund was established in 1996 to support the programs and activities of the Foundation. Establishment of the CMA Foundation Endowment Fund was made possible by generous donations from the Audio Digest Foundation. The income generated by the Fund is used to fund the programs and activities of the Foundation.

The Board of the CMA Foundation has announced a five million dollar Endowment Fund "Legacy of Caring" Campaign to ensure the ability of the Foundation to help physicians promote individual and community health in California. Rene Bravo, MD, chairs the Legacy of Caring Campaign.

The Endowment Fund attracts donors who like the idea that the principal of their gift stays intact while the income is used for CMA Foundation programs.
