Community Resource Directory
The Community Resource Directory is a collaboration between
the California Medical Association Foundation and the California
Nutrition Network to identify programs and resources for individuals
at risk for overweight, obesity and type 2 diabetes.
The resources currently available cover the following counties
of California: Amador, Alpine, Butte, Calaveras, El Dorado,
Fresno, Glenn, Humboldt, Inyo, Kern, Kings, Madera, Mariposa,
Merced, Mono, Monterey, Placer, Sacramento, San Benito, San
Joaquin, Santa Cruz, Solano, Stanislaus, Sutter, Tulare, Tuolumne,
