Center for Collaborative Planning - The Center for Collaborative Planning (CCP) promotes health and social justice by providing training and technical assistance and by connecting people and resources.

Community Toolbox - The Community Tool Box provides over 6,000 pages of practical skill-building information on over 250 different topics. Topic sections include step-by-step instruction, examples, checklists, and related resources on the topic of community development.

Guide to Community Preventive Services [CDC] -The Community Guide summarizes what is known about the effectiveness, economic efficiency, and feasibility of interventions to promote community health and prevent disease. The Community Guide is developed by the nonfederal Task Force on Community Preventive Services whose members are appointed by the Director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

Health Policy Coach - A guide through the process of creating and influencing public policies with a menu of policies arranged according to the five broad determinants of health -- healthcare, education, work, safety and the environment. Health Policy Coach is developed and maintained by the California Center for Health Improvement, a non-profit, prevention-focused organization based in Sacramento, California
