The deadline to submit nominations is June 27, 2008

This is an invitation to nominate extraordinary individuals and organizations that are making a difference in the health of Californians. Recognizing leaders in the health care profession is a priority for the Foundation, and we need your help to identify the “best of the best” for the three leadership awards presented at our Annual Leadership Dinner and the Annual Network of Ethnic Physician Organizations (NEPO) Summit.

• The Robert D. Sparks, MD Leadership Achievement Award
• The Adarsh S. Mahal, MD Access to Health Care and Disparities Award

The first award will be presented at the October 18, 2008 Annual NEPO Summit in Anaheim. The last two awards will be presented at the Foundation’s Annual Leadership Dinner on October 5, 2008 in Sacramento.
